We have been coming here for years and have recommended your shop to many friends and neighbors but that has come to an end today. We were charged for a diagnosis that you were unable to diagnose. When we towed the car to you Friday, the check engine light was on and by the time you got around to looking at it on Monday, it was off. If you knew, you couldn’t Do diagnose the problem without the check engine light being on, why did you look at it to begin with instead of calling and saying bring it back when the light turns back on. After paying $800 yesterday,my car is now stranded in Kennesaw with the check engine light on and flashing and you’re telling me I need to have it towed again and pay again for you to even look at it. Horrible customer service.

I had an old 1997 gird Aerostar van. Had it from new. Developed brake trouble. These guys spent hours/days trying find a fix the problem. They got the van on the road again! Outstanding people. Have the wife’s Mazda3 booked in rather than the dealer. They should have a 10 star rating!!

This is a very solid repair shop. They have proven to be quite good at diagnosing issues which other locations could not. Prices are fair and reasonable. While it would be nice for them to hold weekend hours, I can't begrudge anyone for wanting weekends to themselves.

Said they could help me install a driver's side mirror, told me they were busy and come back in a few days. When I did, they said they couldn't help me because I already had the part. I told them I had the part during my first visit. My guess is they just want to make extra money from marking up the part. They wasted my time and wanted to waste my money too.

Was a long term customer. Wont ever go back. Diagnostic prices are ridiculous and is like one sentence recommendation. Repair workmanship is a C at best. Go to AAA on sandy plains if you want a real diagnostic work, very comprehensive. Don't waste your time here. This place is circling the drain. Just look at reviews last few months
